(Please note that all vendors fees are separate from this fee.)
Weekend Rental with Full Event/Wedding Planning
Flint River Preserve can accommodate party sizes from 10-150. The Chapel can seat 30-35 people on the benches and there is room to set up chairs on the side, or for people to stand.
The Pavilion has two bathrooms, a storage closet that can be converted to a small bridal suite, a fire pit, a refrigerator and a sink. One rollout trash container is provided with the rental. Any additional trash must be carried off by the renter as we do not have a dumpster on site.
There are a limited amount of tables and chairs available with the rental. If you have a larger event we can provide suggestions of rental companies that have delivered to FRP in the past. We can also provide other suggested vendors if needed.
